Become a qualified chef/waiter

Hospitality traineeships have been designed to encourage employees to upgrade their skills in the workplace through on the job training. Trainees develop skills to be an improved asset to an employer as well as gaining a nationally recognised qualification. As part of your employment we offer enrolment of employees into the following nationally accredited traineeship programs:

1. Certificate 1, 2 & 3 in Hospitality Operations
2. Certificate 1, 2 & 3 in Commercial Cookery
