At Mocha Jo's we will always endeavour to fulfill your booking requirements. We welcome all enquiries via our website, however, for smaller bookings of less than 13 people, please phone the restaurant direct on 03 9560 8444 for immediate confirmation.
For larger group bookings of more than 13 people, please refer to our booking terms and set menus. Feel free to make an enquiry to our Restaurant Manager via the website with a brief description of your requested booking date, number of guests and contact details. We will always attempt to respond immediately, however please be aware that all enquiries through the website are processed during office hours only. We are able to accommodate group bookings at the following times:
BREAKFAST - anytime before 10am (Mon - Fri only)
LUNCH - anytime after 11.30am (Mon - Fri)
or anytime after 1pm (Sat - Sun)
DINNER - 6.30pm or 8.30pm
Please note: due to restaurant sizing restrictions we are unable to accommodate groups of more than 25 people
Deposit:
In order to secure your group booking a deposit of $100 is required. The full deposit will be held as a cancellation fee for bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Final attendance and payment:
Final numbers are required at least 24 hours before the booking date. At this stage minimum charges for the booking will be confirmed. Please note we are unable to reduce minimum charges if a drop in number occurs on the day/night of the booking.
BYO:
We allow BYO Cakes with a cake-age fee of $1.50 per person this includes supply of plates, cutlery, cream or ice cream & service. We also allow BYO Wine with a corkage fee of $7.50 per bottle this includes supply of wine glasses & service.
Parking:
We suggest you allow ample time to find parking as the area is very busy. Please appreciate busy service periods and ensure all guests arrive promptly at designated booking time.
